Welcome to the Soul Healing Retreat, a healing space centered around building community, alternative healing modalities, plant medicine, and shamanic practices used to awaken your soul, open your heart, and tap into the playfulness of life. Our healing center is located in King City, just north of Toronto, ON nestled amongst tall trees, a pond, and beautiful healing grounds.

Sacred medicines have been around for millenia to help facilitate healing on all levels - physical, mental, and spiritual. This retreat aims to offer a safe container for those looking to grow and expand into the innermost parts of themselves, to open up into the greatest version of themselves, and allow more joy and unconditional love to flow into their lives.

The use of plant medicines can help people break through blocks, process through trauma, and experience deep personal insights.These medicines are used to help people connect with themselves and open their eyes to their own limitless possibilities. By removing the blocks and limiting beliefs, the programming imposed by society, one can shift from a fear, scarcity-based outlook to one that is free, unrestricted, and full of gratitude - thus opening the doors to all the great things life has to offer.

This 4-day retreat offers 3 nights accommodations in our beautiful guest house, with shared accommodations, shared kitchen, and shared living space. 4 days of deep inner work which includes 3 days of medicine ceremonies, shamanic journeys to connect with your higher self, inner child work to tap into play, a sacred fire release to let go of all those limiting beliefs that have been holding you back and keeping you small, an ecstatic dance party to free your soul and dive into sacred play, a daily yoga practice to move and connect with your body, daily guided meditation, and LOTS of integration work to help you process and implement all the incredible heart opening lessons you will receive.
